I’ve spent most of the last decade helping coaches grow their client base.
The one thing I’ve noticed that drives the success of coaches who build multi-six-figure or seven-figure profit companies can be distilled down to one law.
The law of inertia.
Isaac Newton said: "An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion"
It's the same in a coaching business.
When you adopt the right habits and thinking patterns that drive results, they're not just a little better, they compound on one another to deliver outsized returns.
This is why some coaches struggle to get clients and others are able to make eye-watering amounts of money.
There's a huge disparity between coaches at the bottom (static coaches) and coaches at the top (outpace coaches).
I call them Outpace coaches because they gravitate to our same philosophy on business.
Because of their shared code, they outpace their competition, who remain static.
The Code
They offer their expertise on retainer, they don't sell their time by the hour.
They focus on predictable systems to get clients, not luck and referrals.
They stay consistent with a proven strategy, they don't hop between 'shiny object' strategies.
They focus on one core niche, they don't try and appeal to everyone.
They have predictable revenue, not volatile revenue.
They consistently reach out to ideal clients, they don't post content and "hope for the best".
They have abundant sales conversations on their calendars, never empty calendars.
They embrace selling, they don't fear it.
They delegate almost everything except for their coaching, they don't try and do it all themselves.
They run a real business, they're not self-employed.
They own their client base, they don't rely on platforms to feed them work at a fraction of their fee.
They command a premium price for a premium service, they don't compete on price.
That's The Code.
And it's the secret weapon for the most successful coaches I know.
